what’s in it?
Two ingredients. Grass fed Australian beef (rump cap) or organic Australian pork (pork neck), and Australian sea salt. No sugar, oils, seed oils, spices or preservatives.
is it carnivore and keto friendly?
Yes. Meat and salt, zero carbs.
how much protein is in a bag?
Up to 30g in a 50g bag of rump cap, and 16g in pork neck. Full figures are in the nutrition panel on each product page.
why is there fat on it?
On purpose. We leave the fat line on because grass fed fat carries omega-3s, CLA and vitamins A, E and K2. It also tastes better.
how is it made?
Sliced to an even thickness, salted, then air dried with moving air, not heat, for 7 hours. Packed in Australia in resealable 50g bags.
how long does it last, and how should I store it?
Keep unopened bags in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and enjoy by the best-before date printed on the bag. Once opened, reseal the bag and eat within a few days for the best texture.

Yes, free. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from Kogarah, NSW. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
